🎯 What is a Tournament Director?

A Tournament Director is an independent organizer who runs pickleball events — not tied to any single venue. On CV 360 you operate across a whole portfolio of host clubs from one account: you own each event you create, and the club that hosts it provides the courts. CV 360 sits in the middle so both sides know exactly what was agreed.

🧭 How it works on CV 360

From sign-up to trophy presentation, here's the full path an event takes.

  1. Create your director account
    Sign up here, verify your email, and land in your director dashboard.
  2. Connect with host clubs
    Search clubs and request access, accept a club's invitation, or invite a club that isn't on CV 360 yet. The club approves the partnership.
  3. Agree the terms
    Each event runs under a Tournament Agreement — revenue split, recording, prize payout and cancellation — that the club accepts before it goes live.
  4. Get your courts
    The club allocates courts (and optional time windows). CV 360 makes sure your matches only ever land on courts that are actually yours.
  5. Build the event
    Add divisions, generate brackets (single/double elimination, round-robin or pool play), and auto-schedule every match with no court clashes.
  6. Run match day
    Check players in, score courtside, push live scores to the public board and venue TV, and log any incident or injury on the spot.
  7. Report winners & get paid
    Report results and the bracket advances automatically. Your share of each entry fee follows the split you agreed with the club.
